As a Realtor, Steve combines intelligence, diligence, the ability to handle deadline pressures, effective negotiating skills and an attention to details with empathy and insight. A good listener, he is known for his 'big heart' as well as for his professionalism. Energetic and highly motivated, Steve enjoys helping people and making sure the job is done right. The primary goal for his relationship with his clients is to either sell their home for the highest possible price, or help them identify and buy the most suitable property, making sure that they are completely comfortable and satisfied with every step of the process. He tailors his approach to the desires of his client -some wish to be involved in every detail, while others prefer to focus on the big picture while allowing him to 'sweat the small stuff'.
Steve holds a BA from Northwestern University with a major in political science, and a JD from the Syracuse University College of Law. He has lived in numerous states (six) at varying times in his life, and always found the process of relocating fun and exciting. His interests include classic films, art, antiques, jigsaw puzzles, golf, swimming and history. His parents, siblings, nephews and niece all live in the Chicago area.
